At Southland we're dedicated to rooting people deeper in Christ by strengthening their faith through biblical, relevant teaching, engaging them in worship, and building relationships with other believers as well as reaching out to those who don't know Christ. To accomplish this, we focus on 5 key elements -   

Worship. When we come together each Sunday morning, we come together to celebrate who God is and what He has done for us! Cooperate worship is key to the edification of the Body of the Christ, and we have a creative team of leaders who are dedicated to providing a great worship experience each and every week. Outreach. Southland believes that if the Church is not reaching out to the lost both locally and abroad, then it's not really being the Church.  We have several ministries in place that go way beyond our Church walls so that the gospel can be heard, the church can exemplify compassion, and the lost can be reached.

Relationships. Southland provides many different opportunities for believers to get plugged in and build relationships with other Christian brothers and sisters. We have several Sunday School classes, Small Groups, Home Groups, and fellowship-focused events that aid in developing Christian relationships. 

Teaching. To strengthen one's faith, one must know the Word of God intimately. That's why Southland puts great attention on our preaching and teaching. We desire for people to be engaged by God's Word and live it out to the fullest in their lives. 

Home Life. Southland can only do so much to root people deeper in their faith. We strive to teach men & women to become godly fathers, Christ-like mothers, and strong spiritual leaders to their Children. It begins in the home.
